Privacy
This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
What we keep
- Your email address, given to Stripe at the time of payment, to send you your download link and updates. Every email that is not related to your purchase has a link to stop receiving them.
- Your purchase: amount, date, payment reference, and whether it was refunded.
- Your downloads: which file, on what date, to prevent a link from being shared.
What we never see
StickmanFilm makes your videos on your computer. Your ideas, your descriptions, your creations and your videos are never sent to us. Your conversations with Claude are processed by Anthropic, under its own privacy rules. We do not see your card numbers either: payment is processed by Stripe.
Why
To deliver StickmanFilm and its updates to you (performance of the contract), and to meet our accounting obligations. We never sell or rent your data.
Who has access
The publisher, and our technical service providers, solely for their role: the website host (Hostinger), Stripe (payment) and Brevo (sending emails).
How long
For as long as you can download StickmanFilm and its updates. You may request deletion at any time; you will then no longer receive updates by email. Payment records are kept for the period required by accounting law.
Cookies
None. No advertising cookies, no analytics tools from another company, no tracking.
Your rights
You may access, correct, delete or retrieve your data by writing to bonjour@stickmanfilm.com. The person in charge of the protection of personal information is the publisher (see the legal notice).
These rules follow Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25). If you have a complaint, you may contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
If you live in Europe, the GDPR also applies to your data, with the same rights, and you may lodge a complaint with your country's authority (in France, the CNIL: cnil.fr).
