Terms of Sale
This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
1. What you are buying
StickmanFilm: an extension for the Claude Desktop app (the StickmanFilm.mcpb file) that makes stick figure videos on your computer, from your description, together with its PDF guide. The content of the offer is described on the sales page before payment.
2. What you need
The Claude Desktop app, on Mac (macOS 13 or later) or on 64-bit Windows, and a Claude account. Claude is a service of Anthropic, independent of StickmanFilm: your account and any Claude subscription you may have are not provided by us and remain subject to Anthropic's terms. StickmanFilm is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Anthropic.
3. Price and payment
The price is shown in US dollars, all taxes included, and paid once. There is no subscription and nothing extra to pay per video. Payment is processed by Stripe, our official reseller (Stripe Managed Payments): it collects payment in its own name and applies your country's taxes, already included in the price (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods depending on your country). We never see your card numbers. Your receipt is sent to you by email. On your bank statement, the payment may appear under the name of our business, NoRegret365.
4. Delivery
As soon as payment is confirmed, you land on your download page and receive an email with your personal link. This link always gives the latest version. You can also have it sent to you again from your Creator Space, using your purchase email.
5. Your license
- StickmanFilm is sold for one person. You may install it on your own computers.
- You may not share, resell, publish or redistribute the file, your download link or the guide.
- The videos you make belong to you. You may publish them, monetize them and use them for your business, without owing us anything. The characters, backgrounds, sounds and music supplied with StickmanFilm may be used in your videos, including monetized ones.
- You are responsible for what your videos say (for example if you include a brand, a real person or music that is not supplied by StickmanFilm).
6. Updates
StickmanFilm updates are free for buyers. We announce them to you by email, and the latest version is always on your download page.
7. Immediate access and refunds
StickmanFilm is digital content, delivered immediately after payment. By paying, you request this immediate delivery: the purchase is therefore not refundable simply because you change your mind. If StickmanFilm does not work on your computer (Mac, or 64-bit Windows, with Claude Desktop), write to us at bonjour@stickmanfilm.com: we will help you install it, and if it still does not work, we will refund you. A refund deactivates your download link.
8. What StickmanFilm does not guarantee
StickmanFilm depends on Claude Desktop, an app made by another company. If Anthropic changes its app, a feature may stop working until an update fixes it. Each video is made from what you describe: the result varies with your description, and you can always ask for changes before making it.
9. In case of disagreement
Write to us first at bonjour@stickmanfilm.com: we will look for a solution with you. These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada. If you live in Québec, you may also contact the Office de la protection du consommateur (opc.gouv.qc.ca). If you live elsewhere, the consumer protection rules of your country continue to apply to you.
